What is the best way to attract a person who needs Christ without being pushy? or obvious?

Hey Desperate Sister this is John Lee answering your question. This is a very important question because there are so many people in our circle of influence that need to hear the Gospel, we want to tell them but we don’t want to be offensive. One thing that I notice right off the bat; anytime I see Jesus confronting people with the truth it was done in love. Jesus had a real passion for the people that He ministered to. Luke 19:41 As he approached Jerusalem and saw the city, he wept over it. Secondly, I see that Jesus was a friend to sinners: Luke 7:34 The Son of Man came eating and drinking, and you say, 'Here is a glutton and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and "sinners."

I believe that Jesus was able to attract people to the gospel because He loved the people and He was real, authentic, with the people. That’s how you have to be! Don’t hit them with the “drive by” witness; spend time getting to know that person. Invest and invite is one of the best tools we use at Christ Fellowship. As you invest in that person’s life you win the opportunity to share with them. 2 Timothy 4:2 Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction. I hope this helps.
