Do animals have souls? Will I see animals in heaven? I hope so.

Dear Jakey:
That is a great question. Do you know that God loves animals? God made the animals on the sixth day of creation and God said that it was good (Gen 1:24-25). He adores animals and mentions them continually throughout the Bible.
Yet, the Bible is based upon God’s relationship with man and does not whisper much on the souls of animals. But, know this… God is love and He adores all animals, as He is the one that created them and us (Genesis 1).
Even, the God-man Himself (JESUS) is referenced as the Lamb of God and the Lion of Judah (John 1:29 and Rev 5:5). He was the Lamb that was sacrificed for our sins, once for all (1 Peter 3:18). Jesus loves you very much and He will take care of you and all your needs: here, and in Heaven.
