Should I go back to college?

Dear Dusty.
I'm not sure of your situation, but I know that education is to be coveted. The apostles spent three years full-time with Jesus before He sent them out (Matthew 28:16-20). That's biblical hands-on college credit coursework (apprenticeship). Always in prayer (1 Thes 5:17). And, I'll lift you up in my prayers that God reveals an answer to you.
