Pastor Eric here...
We celebrate Christmas all the time. And we celebrate Easter all the time. We always speak about his life, death, and resurrection because this is the gospel (I Corinthians 15:3-4).
We do celebrate Christmas in a more focused manner during December because it is the season when our culture celebrates Christmas and we view it as an awesome opportunity to 1) reflect on our faith and 2) invite those around us to join us in worshipping and honoring Jesus as the Christ.
We don’t celebrate Halloween. If you mean the Fall Frenzy we offer for our children, we do many fun activities for kids and their families throughout the year. We typically offer these activities around our worship services so we can engage families in all that God is doing at CF.
As Christians, we believe every day is holy. Every moment is an opportunity we must seize to know Christ and introduce others to Him.

is it wrong to celebrate halloween then?
I think it depends on your definition of "celebrate"
If you pass out candy in your neighborhood and use the day as a way to meet your neighbors and build relationships with people -- I think the day can be used for good.
If you cut off chicken heads and do some weird chanting, I think the day can be used for evil.
I would focus not so much on the day itself, but on what someone does each day.
eric
my defination of celebrating was dressing up in costumes (no ghost or whitches or vampires or some other sitanic creature) and going out trick or treating.
i have another question. are jack-o-lanterns wrong?
